When you buy a product at any of the Plimus stores, you have full protection. Refunds are available within 30 days of the product purchase.
Once we receive a refund request, we will attempt to resolve the dispute with you and the product manufacturer (as needed).
If you are still not satisfied with the dispute resolution, Plimus will promptly issue your refund as follows:
for credit card payments, we will issue a credit to the same card; for all other payment methods, Plimus will send you a corporate check.
To return downloaded products, you will be required to uninstall the product from your machine and stop all further use of it.
In some cases, you may be asked to execute a special uninstaller to ensure the proper deletion of the product.
For shipped products, you will be provided a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) with product return instructions.
Once the product has been returned to the Plimus or manufacturer warehouse (depending on the case), Plimus will promptly issue your refund.
